The eHealth Initiative Foundation, in collaboration with the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Physicians, the Medical Group Management Association, and the Center for Improving Medication Management are pleased to present "A Clinician's Guide to Electronic Prescribing," the third in a series of practical guides. These guides are designed to educate key stakeholders about e-prescribing and the steps involved in its adoption.

Why Physicians Should Get to Know Google

It's not just patients who turn to Google or other search engines to research medical information. According to Google, 86 percent of doctors say they now regularly use the Internet on the job. Of that group, the majority start at Google, which they use as a springboard to look for general information about diseases and drugs, writes pediatrician Dr. Rahul K.
